Little Island, The Edge and Hudson Yards

1st Stop Little Island Little Island is a 2.4-acre public park in Hudson River Park on the West side of Manhattan. We are located in the Hudson River off of the West Side Highway. The park is above 132 concrete “Tulips” (or piles), which make up its structure. Once this area was derelict with only rotten pillars remaining of what had been Pier 54. Now it is has more than 350 species of flowers, trees and shrubs sitting on stilts over the Hudson River. More than 66,000 bulbs and 114 trees have been planted, some of which will grow to 60 feet tall. 2nd Hudson Yards Explore One of NYC's newest neighborhoods, Hudson Yards is a glistening complex of buildings hugging the Hudson River, near the High Line.
