So Imagine tasting the sauce that Jon Bon Jovi sat down to every Sunday for dinner. Monday night we are going to revisit the menu from Jon Bon Jovi's Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, Mr. Bongiovi served his signature sauce and other family dishes. Bongiovi’s menu of entrees – ranging from traditional dishes like Chicken Parmigiana and Penne Vodka Primavera were pulled from his own recipes. Jon's brother Matthew said that their sauce was a staple that held the family together. There was never a "quick sauce." It was an eight hour process that made enough to last the week.
